Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Who we are
These terms govern the sale of goods through ironrainclothing.com.
Iron Rain and Iron Rain Clothing are trading names of Neo Ventures Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17238230, registered office 10 Beech Court, Hurst, Reading, England, RG10 0RQ.

"We", "us" and "our" mean Neo Ventures Group Ltd. "You" means the person buying from us.
2. These terms
By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them first. We may change them, and the version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
These terms are written for consumers. If you are buying in the course of a business, some provisions, including the cancellation rights in clause 7, do not apply to you.
3. Our products
Product images are as accurate as we can make them, but screens vary and colours may differ slightly from the finished garment. Because each piece is printed individually, small variations in print placement are normal and are not a fault.
Size guide measurements are taken flat and may vary by up to 2 cm.
4. Placing an order
When you place an order we send an acknowledgement email. That confirms we received it, not that we accepted it. A contract is formed when we email to confirm your order has gone into production or been dispatched.
If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is unavailable or we have spotted a pricing error, we will tell you and refund you in full.
5. Price and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery is charged in addition and shown at checkout before you pay.
We take payment at the point of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and Union Pay, and you can also pay with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna. Depending on where you are checking out from, further local payment methods may be shown to you at checkout.
Prices can change, but a change will never affect an order we have already accepted.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price and the error is one you could reasonably have spotted, we do not have to supply it at that price.
6. Delivery
We aim to deliver within the timescales on our Delivery page. Those are estimates, not guarantees, and do not form part of the contract.
If we have not delivered within 30 days of your order, or by any date we specifically agreed with you, you may treat the contract as at an end and we will refund you in full.
Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. Ownership passes when we have received payment in full.
7. Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days. Full details, including refund timescales and who pays return postage, are in our Returns and Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Faulty goods
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that conform to the contract. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, summarised in our Returns and Refunds policy.
9. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, logos, photography and copy on this website are owned by us or used by us with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any of it without our written consent.
Buying a garment gives you ownership of that garment. It does not give you any rights in the design printed on it.
Our designs are original works created by or for us. They are inspired by the themes, places, ideas and imagery of science fiction, and they pay homage to a genre rather than reproducing any particular work within it.
Where we are licensed to use any third-party material, we acknowledge that clearly on this website. In the absence of such an acknowledgement, we are not authorised to use, and do not use, the content of any book, film or other work referenced or alluded to on this website or on our products.
We make no attempt to create any connection with, or to imply any association with, any author, publisher, studio, rights holder or work. Iron Rain is an independent brand and is neither licensed nor endorsed by any of them.
Any third-party names or trademarks that appear anywhere on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used only for the purposes of identification and comment.
10. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods.
We do not supply goods for commercial resale. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
11. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If one happens we will tell you and the delivery date will be extended. If the delay goes beyond 30 days you may cancel and we will refund you in full.
12. Your data
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
13. General
If a court finds any part of these terms unlawful, the rest continues to apply. If we delay enforcing a term, that does not stop us enforcing it later.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your own courts.
14. Complaints
Email info@ironrainclothing.com. We acknowledge within two working days. If we cannot resolve things between us, contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline on 0808 223 1133.
